- A video recording of the package opening is mandatory for all return claims.
- Claims without unboxing video proof will not be processed.
- Please note: If you simply do not like the product or it does not meet your expectations, we do not accept returns for these reasons. We recommend you review the product carefully via the product videos available before making your purchase.

Step 2: Return Verification

- Our team will review your return request within 24 hours.
- If the return request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Return Shipping Cost:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Original Packaging
- Please use the original packaging for the return shipment to ensure the product remains secure during transit.
Step 3: Product Return
- Pack the product securely in the original packaging.
- Ensure that all original tags, accessories, and components are included in the package.
- Ship the product to the provided address using a tracked delivery service.
- Share the return tracking details with our support team for timely processing.
Step 4: Quality Check
- The returned product will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
- For a return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
- The product should be free from any damage.

Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Cases

Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility
- Size issues: Return must be requested within 4 days of delivery.
- Quality issues: Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, with tags still attached.
- The original packaging must be intact.
Exchange Process
- Contact our support team to initiate an exchange request.
- Once the exchange is approved, we will send you return instructions and provide shipping details.
- Ship the product back at your cost to the provided address.
- You will receive the exchanged product within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
